• MENOPAUSE CIRCLES- We having been working with another local not for profit organisation Circlewise hosting a series of circles for women of any age who wish to explore menopause as a rite of passage. Participants have said these circles have been empowering affirming and supportive. Vital medicine at a time that can be isolating and distressing. Women completed the series of sessions feeling a sense of community and belonging and with a redefined understanding of the positive power of the menopause transition.
